Last night, I posted my first project for the KNK Design Team and I have been asked if I would share my cutting file. Below is the Zumba t-shirt I made using fabric transfer from KNK USA. The cutting file is in MTC (Make the Cut) format and you can download it by clicking here.

I decided to modify my file for customizing the control panel on my Cameo to include two little holes so that the power and pause lights show through.

I have been wanting to make a "drummers rock" sign out of vinyl for my bumper for the longest time. Well, I finally got it done and I was able to make some good looking drumsticks by tracing a JPG file with one stick, editing it so the lines were straight and everything looked right and then copying it and rotating it to have two sticks.

The text and sticks were cut with my Silhouette Cameo.

The weather will have to get a bit better before I can put it on my car, but it will look very nice. My car is a white 2-door Honda Civic. I will post a picture once I put it on my car.

I will put the sticks on the left side of the text.

I just put it on my car! You can see where I wiped away the dirt. It's such a gorgeous day and all the snow is melting so I couldn't resist.

I made this gift for my sister for Valentine's Day. I used a sketch to create a layout on canvas which she can then put into a 12 x 12 shadowbox type frame. The photo is of her and our mom on her wedding day.

I used the Crate Paper Pink Plum collection.

I placed a cake doily behind the photo
Prima flowers with Stickles

Prima bling
Heart-shaped button from my stash
The flowers were originally white and I used Frost and Crème de Rouge Glimmer Mist and Star Dust Stickles to match the colours of the layout. I prefer buying white or clear flowers and bling so I can use mists, sprays or markers to colour them for the project at hand.

I will be giving away a package of Prima "Say it in Pearls" in red and black -- just perfect for Valentine's Day!! Please leave me a comment and I will pick someone at random on Sunday night, February 12.

Prima Say it in Pearls

I hope you enjoyed my project and that it encourages you to think outside the box.
I came across this paper collection that I really love for birthday cards. The collection is called Happy Day and it is by Simple Stories.

I find the colours very happy and it is rare that I like every single paper in a collection pack or 6 x 6 paper stack, but this is one of those rare collections. The truth is that I haven't seen a Single Stories collection that I haven't liked.

All the elements were included in the collection pack. The only thing I added was the piece of baker's twine.
